Unlike other agents, we don't charge any set up fees! 

Although we carry on working for you in the background, transfering files, deposits, notifying and setting up tenants, we don't officially start working for you until we collect rent. 

This gives you piece of mind that if you transfer with us, you aren't taking a financial risk, and can walk away if your not happy with our service. We feel so strongly that we will exceed our clients expectations that we don't need to trap people with entrance and exit fees.
