Lynsey has been involved in financial and corporate services since leaving college with her diploma at the age of 19. For the last 16 years Lynsey has been working with High Net Worth individuals and Corporations around the world to structure, advise and manage their businesses, as well as support their Recruitment requirements and Fiduciary services. 

Although Lynsey still has involvement with her corporate clients, she also manages the Operations of the RJL Group by working with our clients, partners and over seeing acquisitions and projects.

Rob Mason

Finance Director

Rob started his career in the manufacturing industry after leaving school with 3 A levels. This involved making intravenous medicines for direct delivery to patients, these would consist of chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition bags, saline flushing, antibiotics, penicillins and Monoclonal Antibodies. Since 2009 Rob has has been Supervising and Managing Operation team in the healthcare sector, originally in the pharmaceutical sector then moving over to medical devices and contact lenses in 2017.

In middle of July 2019, after a family bereavement, Rob and Lyn decided to go full time on their Property businesses and dedicate all their time to focus on their passion of property and problem solving. Management of the portfolio came in house so the service demands could exceed the expectations of our customers. 

"The RJL group of Property companies initially started with a couple of refurbished properties and a dream to take the burden off local councils to provide real estate solutions. Today we continue to grow exponentially, I'm excited to develop relationships with our partners, deliver quality accommodation and fulfill our personal ambitions".

Lettings Manager


A. N. OTHER is the newest member of our team and deals with the day to day management of admin, enquires and property maintenance.


Her experience comes from 5 years in the property management sector, previously working for 2 leading estate agents and over seeing 300+ properties for her employers.


A. N. OTHER is our main cog in the lettings business and is driven by her dedication to provide the highest levels in quality service. We are so proud she chose to work with us.
