I don't often document the refurb projects we do but particularly pleased with this one. 

The property was built by a developer about 30 years ago but the quality of work was just awful, wallpaper went straight onto plasterboard without skimming and most of the property required re wiring. Its pretty unbelievable to say, but there was someone living here in that condition not long before we took over.

We took the whole lot back to brick, added a central heating system, applied new ceilings, floors, wiring and added some security CCTV. The kitchen has been opened up to create an open kitchen/ dining area with modern lighting and up to date fuse board. 

I've seen recent pictures with all the tenants furniture and it looks stunning!
