We are currently looking for a Part Time Lettings Manager to join our family run team.


Ideally the successful candidate will live in and have good local knowledge of the Liverpool area, and meet the following criteria:


- Minimum 2 years letting experience.

- Competent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 

- Have thirst for entrepreneurialism 

- Good Customer Service Skills

- Good Telephone manner

- Dedicated to building a brand and client base

- Must be able to Drive 

- Managing Property and Residential Lettings Award Level 3 (Desirable but not essential)


You will be able to work from home, but there will be some degree of travel locally. 

For the right candidate there will be Competitive rates of pay (hours and salary to be discussed), and scope for additional training and support with industry leading courses.
